Do you repair torn fabric or leather or seats and/or upholstery?
No, we do not repair any upholstery or custom stitching.
We recommended finding a custom upholstery company.

Can you remove deep stains or burns?
Aged or severely worn stains can be reduced but not removed.
Burn stains can not be removed.
Does your team install or remove vinyl or tints?
No, we do not remove any vinyl wraps or tinted products on windows.
We have a partnership with S & G Signs so we can design and install vinyl logos, spot logos and vinyl wraps.
Does your team remove wheels/tires for cleaning purposes?
No, we do not remove wheels or tires.
We are not trained mechanics, wheels must be properly torqued onto a vehicle.

Does the team remove seats?
No, we do not remove any seats for detail purposes.
We cannot ensure safety if a seat is not properly re-installed.
Will you drive a vehicle from one location to another?
No, even though The Gritty Co. is insured by State Farm, we will not drive any vehicle to another location.
Will you drop off an owner at another location?
No, we do not offer transportation services per clients.
Does your team perform any collusion repairs?
No, we are not collusion techs.
Do you detail at various locations within 30 miles?
Yes, as long as its a safe location and approved by the property owner.
Any locations outside of a 30 mile radius requires a $50.00 travel charge.
Do you provide itemized invoices for companies?
Yes, we always email itemized invoices upon request.

Do you provide free estimates and an emailed quote?
Yes, we provide specific quotes and estimates.
Then we confirm the services and the cost prior to starting a service.
Will you service a badly damaged, recovered (stolen) vehicle?
It depends on if the vehicle is safe enough for service.
Yes, as long as the owner can provide proof of vehicle ownership.
Will the team service a vehicle at a repair shop or a customization facility?
Yes, as long as we have approval from the establishment and a safe area to work with an electrical and water source.
Does the team service parked vehicles on streets, alleys, and public parking facilities?
We are not able to provide service on street or in alleys. It is not safe and the authorities will advise that we cease with our services. We can provide service to vehicles in parking lots and parking garages if the property owner or an authorized personnel gives approval and there is access to electrical and water sources.
Does the team work in bad weather conditions?
No, we will simply reschedule the detail service or we will have a facility location where the client can drop the vehicle off for service.
Do you provide waiting area accommodations at The Gritty Co. shop?
No, we do not. We strongly suggest that our clients make arrangements to drop off and pick up their vehicle.
Will the team remove any carpet or modifications from a vehicle by request?
No, we will not remove or install any modifications.
Will the shop take walk-ins?
No, since detailing takes a considerable amount of time, walk-ins are not accepted. Appointment only.
Will The Gritty Co. price match?
Since every shop and detailer performs services differently, we do not price match.
Are paint services offered?
No, we are not paint specialists and we recommend the customer contact an automotive paint company.
Does The Gritty Co. provide any loner vehicles?
No, we do not provide any loner vehicles and we do not transport clients.
Are any refreshments provided at the shop?
No, we do not provide any food or drinks.
Are we allowed to leave our vehicle overnight?
Yes, we will make sure that your vehicle is secured and we have security systems in place.
Will anyone else be driving my vehicle?
Only the lead detailer will drive the vehicle for cleaning purposes only.
Will the team take a vehicle to a gas station?
No, we will not be responsible for pumping a vehicle with the proper gasoline requirements.
What happens if a vehicle becomes inoperable?
We will assess the situation and contact the owner immediately.
