GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
The Client agrees to engage The Gritty Company to provide services consisting of:
Auto Detailing (Interior/Exterior Cleaning)
Stain Removal/Pet Hair Removal
Odor Elimination
Polishing Exterior
Deep Cleaning Restoration
Paint Correction
Paint Enhancement
Ceramic Coating Installation
General Maintenance (Mobile/Shop Services)
The Services will also include any other tasks agreed upon. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date that the service is scheduled with a deposit paid or general detailing appointment payment and will remain in effect until the completion of the services. In the event that either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement prior to the start of the services, that Party will be required to provide at least 48-hour notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
The Client will provide compensation to The Gritty Company:
The services and/or quotes agreed upon and reflected on an invoice the requirements are a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to schedule and services performed.
The services are taxable due to the products involved to execute the service(s).
Compensation includes all applicable sales tax, and duties as required by law.
Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Gritty Company assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement. We have the right to refuse or terminate any services if he/she determines that damage can be caused to the property under supervision.
The Gritty Company has general insurance including coverage for property damage at a level that would be considered reasonable in the industry of the Contractor based on the risk associated with the characteristics of this Agreement and only to the extent permitted by law.
Payment is required even if the service(s) aren’t satisfactory to the client due to the vehicles condition or the termination of services due to possible damage.
The service agreement is validated upon deposit or appointment.

The Gritty Company reserves the right to decline a service if the vehicle is far beyond cleaning, detailing, or fulfilling the service agreement. The Gritty Company will not transport a client to another location or pick up a client from a location. Nitty Gritty Detailers will not be held financially or legally responsible for an electrical failure, power outage, electrical fire/spark, blown breakers/disabled breaker boxes, and or melted/inoperable outlets due to the agreed upon electrical source by the client.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required when a service(s) exceeds more than 2 vehicles from the same client. A 25% nonrefundable deposit for any purchase meeting or exceeding $400.00.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please let us know within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a resolution that meets your satisfaction.

Once a detail consultation successfully occurs and the client is satisfied with the quote/package/service cost, a one time 25% deposit is required at the location to secure a service appointment. A 50% deposit is required for any service over $1000.00 and once the deposit is secured then the appointment will be set.

The Gritty Company will uphold the current prices located on this website meaning we practice fair and just business practices with the State of Colorado.
The Gritty Company will not be held responsible for a failed water source (facet), reduced water pressure or frequency, broken/malfunctioning facet, or any sewage, function, and/or drainage occurrences while a Gritty Company Team Member properly uses agreed upon water source. The Gritty Company will not refund any services requested, all service purchases are final. The Gritty Company will attempt to satisfy the client with a service adequate to the payment received. The Gritty Company reserves the right to decline a service if the Team is in a potentially harmful situation that could jeopardize the safety of the team members or the safety of the client or public.
The Gritty Company will not remove any mechanical parts of a vehicle (tires, wheels, hard tops, panels, coverings, and/or aftermarket products in order to perform a service. The client understands that The Gritty Company Team Member will clean, disinfect, and sanitize reachable areas that do not harm the Team Member and does not cause potential damage to the vehicle. The Gritty Company Team Members are not mechanics or technicians, a team member will not assist a client in repairs, assembly, or disassembly of a vehicle which poses a liability for the company and jeopardizes the legal agreement of detailing services.
The Gritty Company are not responsible for clients potentially incurring a bodily injury while a Team Member is performing a service such as, slipping/falling due to soap, water, chemicals, and/or parts/products/machines that are around the proximity or on the clients property. Nitty Gritty Detailers are not responsible for parts (OEM and/or aftermarket parts) if the part falls off, discolors, shrinks, becomes unintentionally damaged in the cleaning process. The Gritty Company will only perform a service on the vehicle(s) initially chosen during the purchasing agreement.
The Gritty Company will not operate a vehicle, drive a vehicle to or from the place of origin in relation to the agreement of services. The Gritty Company is not responsible for an owner performing work (cleaning, detailing, and repairing) on the vehicle while the Team is performing requested services on the vehicle. The Gritty Company reserves the right to reschedule an appointment (via email confirmation) due to inclement weather conditions and will hold the deposit for the next scheduled appointment.
The Gritty Company reserves the right not to perform a service on an extremely damaged vehicle (broken windows, an unsafe vehicle health wise, missing and or damaged doors, severely wrecked, severely unkept) to ensure the safety of the team (physically and legally).
The Gritty Company reserves the right to pursue legal actions if the client refuses to fully pay for a completed service(s). The Gritty Company only operates within the legal guidelines of the State of Colorado, upholding fair and just business practices along with protecting their good standing status by remaining fully insured to perform various cleaning services on vehicles.
