Our Policy 

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when a service(s) exceeds more than 2 vehicles from the same client.

 

A 25% non-refundable deposit for any purchase meeting or exceeding $400.00.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you fail to do so, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost.

A 50% non-refundable deposit for any purchase over $1,000.00. 

​

We will only make an appointment when the deposit is satisfied.

The Gritty Team strives to give our clients the best service, please let us know within 24 hours if we missed an important area.

We reserve the right to refuse any detail that may jeopardize our safety or the vehicle is beyond our scope of work.
